The Quality Control Department at Kerman Battery Industrial Group is one of the key pillars in ensuring product excellence. This unit is tasked with the precise, continuous, and systematic evaluation of every stage of production. Quality control at Kerman Battery is not limited to final inspection or end-product testing. It is an ongoing, multi-stage process that begins the moment raw materials enter the factory. All incoming materials—including lead alloys, chemical compounds, and other components—undergo specialized testing before being approved for production, ensuring full compliance with required technical specifications.
Throughout the manufacturing process—including lead plate production, battery assembly, electrolyte filling, initial charging, and packaging—intermediate quality checks are conducted with high precision. These in-process controls rely on dedicated checklists, accurate measuring instruments, and electronic traceability systems to detect and address any deviation or potential defect in real time.

This facility is equipped with instruments such as spectrophotometers, internal resistance analyzers, capacity testers, discharge testers, cycle life testers, and other advanced testing devices. All data collected from inspections and testing procedures are recorded and archived in Kerman Battery’s integrated data management system.
