From the Desert, Toward a Brighter Future for Iran
Kerman Battery Industrial Group was founded in 2018 with a mission to boost domestic manufacturing, create sustainable employment, and contribute to Iran’s industrial self-sufficiency. The company began its journey with a focus on producing sealed automotive batteries, and quickly scaled up, launching assembly lines with an annual production capacity of 100,000 batteries.
Driven by innovation and a future-oriented vision, Kerman Battery soon expanded into green energy and sustainable transportation. These efforts led to the establishment of two specialized subsidiaries: Kerman Seiklet Arg for electric motorcycles, and Kerman Energy Arg for solar energy solutions.
Another major milestone was the development of a lead plate production line—strengthening the domestic supply chain and reducing reliance on imports.
